Key Responsibilities: • Communicate with the employer’s supervisor to ensure all nitrogen gas lift operations are executed in strict accordance with the approved program and plan. • Check the inventory of liquid nitrogen tanks, manage liquid transfer between transport and operational tanks, and submit purchase requests to meet job requirements. • Supervise the layout and rig-up of all nitrogen equipment, connections, and pressure lines up to the wellhead. • Lead Pre-Job Safety Meetings and daily Toolbox Meetings, and issue Permits to Work (PTW) for high-risk activities on location. • Maintain regular communication with the Field Service Coordinator (FSC), reporting operational progress, preparing daily reports, and submitting job logs, tickets, and timesheets. • Monitor equipment performance on-site, coordinate with mechanics for repairs, and ensure all N2 tools and machinery are in a constant state of operational readiness. Requirements: • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, a Bachelor’s Degree in another field, or a Technical/Technician Diploma. • Have a minimum of 3 years of related field experience (for Engineering Degrees), 5 years (for other Degrees), or 8 years (for Technical Diplomas). • Complete specialized Nitrogen courses and equipment testing/inspection training. • Possess valid certifications in H2S, and site-specific HSE procedures. • Demonstrate strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office and compiling technical reports. • Possess English reading comprehension and report writing skills, physical fitness to work on-site, and a willingness to travel to operational locations.
