About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Cementing Operator to join our cementing segment. In this role, you will be responsible for the hands-on operation and maintenance of our cementing and pumping equipment. Working closely with the site supervisor, you will ensure our machinery is always primed for action and operated safely, efficiently, and strictly according to technical specifications during field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Equipment Readiness: Keep all cementing equipment in a constant state of operational readiness according to technical specifications.
• Maintenance Reporting: Report directly to the supervisor on all equipment maintenance issues, escalating and documenting them accordingly.
• On-Site Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot equipment and technical issues directly on location to minimize downtime.
• Safe Equipment Operation: Operate cementing equipment in strict alignment with manufacturer and company guidelines.
Requirements:
• Basic cementing and pumping knowledge.
• Demonstrated commitment to HSE standards, risk assessment, and safe operational practices.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Diploma / High School.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
