About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated N2 Operator to participate in and support the safe, proper, and efficient execution of well gas lift services using nitrogen gas at our operational sites. In this role, you will work hands-on with the field crew under the direction of the supervisor to set up equipment, transfer liquid nitrogen, and maintain machinery in accordance with safety and operational guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up, organize, and support the layout and rig-up of nitrogen equipment, pressure lines, and connections up to the wellhead.
• Perform the safe transfer of liquid nitrogen from transport tanks to operational tanks on location.
• Operate nitrogen and pumping equipment safely under the direction of the N2 Supervisor and according to technical specifications.
• Conduct pre-operational equipment checks, flag maintenance needs, and collaborate with mechanics to resolve technical issues.
• Assist in the loading, unloading, washing, and preparation of nitrogen equipment for safe transport.
• Participate actively in Pre-Job Safety Meetings and daily Toolbox Meetings on location.
Requirements:
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree, a Technical Associate/Technical Degree, or a High School/Technical Diploma.
• Have a minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience in oilfield services, specifically with nitrogen or fluid pumping operations.
• Complete basic training in specialized Nitrogen courses and general well services.
• Possess valid certifications in H2S, and basic site HSE procedures.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork, communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Possess basic English communication skills, physical fitness to work on-site, and a willingness to travel to operational locations.
